For this project, I created a series of wearable pieces built with a combination and blend between functional and purely expressive inspired by the skyline and water reflection from scenery on photographs I took from a road trip I took last summer out west. The natural colours and textures from the water reflection and the sky were so intriguing and I wanted to create a series of work that reflected these elements and textures from the natural world since I’ve always been inspired through textures in the natural world and environment.
